Employer Branding

This week on BrandJack, Jack discusses employer branding, an ever-growing brand agenda which is becoming a key component for defining true business success.

Employer Branding is all about how an organisation develops a perception of itself internally and externally. It’s important to maintain an outstanding work team, as well as attracting outstanding new employee candidates to your business.

A good employer brand attracts people externally through the brand’s face and outward perception, but it also maintains and inspires its team through a strong internal ‘culture of integrity’.

At the end of the day, employer brands succeed because they offer their people more than just credentials on a CV – what does your brand have to give to those who work for you today and for those who may want to work with you tomorrow?
